The conference room is situated in the same building as Boulevard Apartamentos with access from the street and from our Cafeteria. The capacity is 40 persons in theater. The chairs are equipped with a flip table.

 

Conference rates:

Half day (4 hours):                           100,00 €

Full day:                                              180,00 €

 

Technical accesories:

Flipover with paper:                            10,00 €

Overhead:                                             25,00 €

Proyector:                                             50,00 €

 

Our cafeteria can offer coffee breaks for 5,00 € per person, including coffee, tea, water and fruits. Other orders are also available at the cafeteria.

 

We remind you that the prices will be charged with the extra amount of 18% in VAT and that technical accessories should be reserved and confirmed before the meeting is held.
